1. To install tcptraceroute

   apt-get install tcptraceroute

2. Download tcpping from the web.

   cd /usr/bin
   wget http://www.vdberg.org/~richard/tcpping
   chmod 755 tcpping

3. Using tcpping

   tcpping www.cnn.com
